Hecho En Dallas

"Made in Dallas", in its English translation, is a regional juried exhibit held annually at the Latino Cultural Center in Dallas. My painting "Eli" was included this year. Here are some photos from the event, last night, March 10.
When I know the artist I'll mention it, and if I don't remember I'll just leave the photo without comment. If anyone reading this can and wants to identify anyone's work, feel free to do so in the comments and I'll add the info.

Outside the entry to the show.

Inside at the show.

Here I am with "Eli", looking fairly relaxed.
Me, that is, not "Eli".

To get some scale for Sherry Owens' beautiful Crepe Myrtle branch wall sculpture, I asked Becky to stand beside it.

Jeanne Camp McIntosh with a painting from her swimming pool series.

A large painting by Michael O'Keefe.

James Michael Starr.

Susan Lecky.

I want to thank the jurors, Awadh Baryoum, Elizabeth Mellott, and Marty Ray, for including my work in this year's show.
